Due to high demand, Orders are generally shipped from older to newest ones and dispatching takes about 1 to 3 working day. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.
Your order will be sent to the address that is on your VionSun order.
Please make sure that this address is complete with a house number, street and post code and that it is the correct delivery address.

Please note we do our best to provide you with a quick and efficient service, but sometimes delays can occur.
If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date, please be patient give it a few days and your order will be there before you know it. If you still haven't received it after that, please email your order number to support@vionsun.com and our team will look into it for you.
You've given it a few days and the situation remains so just follow these steps:
STEP 1: Check the delivery address of the order.
STEP 2: Check that you have not been left a red card from mail through your letter box stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.
STEP 3: Send us an email and we will do our best to solve the situation.
POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order at VionSun, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to VionSun. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
